Lincoln Park

Sonnets Academy-Lincoln Park is steps from the Lincoln Park Zoo, the Farm at the Zoo and the vast green space that Lincoln Park offers. The main outdoor playground, Cummings Playground, offers several climbing apparatus, swings and sandboxes. The school has a large indoor play space.

Hyde Park

Sonnets Academy-Hyde Park is lucky to have the Museum of Science and Industry in its back yard and fortunate to take advantage of its numerous child friendly exhibits. The school features an indoor play area in a unique architectural space we refer to as the rotunda room. The children frequent two parks - Bixler and Harold Washington. Both offer soft surface play spaces and spray fountains for those hot days.

River North

Sonnets Academy-River North’s main outdoor play area is the Montgomery Ward Park and Playground. It offers a great children’s play area, open lawn for gross motor play and a fountain plaza. The area itself offers views of the Chicago River, and allows for the children to go on wonderful nature walks. At the school there is a large indoor play space and a yoga room.

West Loop

Sonnets Academy-West Loop features a large private outdoor play yard with a children’s garden, as well as an indoor play space. For walking field trips and playtime our students go to the Mary Barteleme Park. It offers a large open field for gross motor play, a fountain plaza for hot days and a spectacular children’s play area.
